How Bowora Works

Bowora turns one startup profile into a place for discovery, trust, reviews, rankings, and optional deal signals.

Reviewed against the current Bowora product flow. Updated August 4, 2026.

The basic flow

  • Create a startup listing and add its public URL.
  • Add a clear description, logo, thumbnail, product links, and founder details.
  • Choose a listing: Growing, Open to offers, or Fundraising.
  • Preview the public profile and publish it.
  • Share the profile with real users and ask for honest stars and reviews.
  • Use weekly engagement to move up the Weekly Board.
  • Verify recurring revenue if you want an MRR badge and MRR Board listing.
  • Keep the profile accurate as the startup changes.

What creates trust

Useful profiles are specific. Explain who the product helps, what problem it solves, and what makes it different. Add current images and real founder information. Verified revenue and thoughtful user reviews add stronger evidence than marketing claims alone.

Common questions

How does Bowora work for startups?
You create a public startup profile, choose Growing, Open to offers, or Fundraising, publish the page, then share it for honest stars and reviews. Weekly engagement can move you up the Weekly Board. Optional revenue verification unlocks an MRR badge and related lists when required.
What listing types does Bowora offer?
Growing joins the Weekly Board with optional revenue verification. Open to offers and Fundraising require revenue verification and add acquisition or investor discovery signals alongside weekly ranking eligibility.
What creates trust on a Bowora profile?
Specific product copy, current images, real founder information, thoughtful reviews, and verified recurring revenue when relevant. Vague marketing claims without evidence convert poorly.
Do I need revenue verification to list?
Not for a Growing listing. Verification is required for Open to offers and Fundraising, and it is optional for Growing if you want an MRR badge and MRR Board eligibility.
What happens after I publish?
Share the public URL with people who know the product, ask for honest feedback, keep the profile accurate, and use weekly engagement plus optional extras like perks or affiliates to stay discoverable.
