A star is a quick signal of support. A review requires more effort and gives other people information they can use. The higher point value reflects that extra value.
Keep the signal trustworthy
Do not write reviews for users, exchange fake reviews, or create accounts to inflate a score. Ask customers, testers, and community members who have real experience with the product.
